Vera Brosgol is a children's picture book author and illustrator from Glendale, California. Her books have been featured in the New York Times Book Review, Publishers Weekly, Kirkus Reviews, School Library Journal, and School Library Journal. An avid reader since she was a child, she got her start as a children's book author when she illustrated her own book for her fourth grade class.
